An apartment will have either one or two bedrooms but usually two.  You will also find inside a Kitchen, bathroom and lounge.  Depending if the apartment is in on the ground floor, middle floors or top floor will determine whether you have a roof solarium, balcony or terrace and patio.  Some apartments will have air conditioning/heating, fans and satellite TV.

A typical detached villa will have either 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms, some all located on the  ground floor others will have some up and some down.  Most detached villas will have a minimum of 2 bathrooms (usually to include an en suite), air conditioning/heating, fans, satellite TV and of course the all important private swimming pool.

This style of property is not unsimilar to the three bed town house. You will find two bedrooms on the first floor with a family size bathroom and balcony to the master bedroom. Downstairs you will find a WC, separate Kitchen and lounge/diner.  The properties usually have a patio/terrace to the front and back and utility outside storing the washing machine.  The properties can benefit from air conditioning/heating, fans and satellite TV.

A three bedroom town house is ideal for both couples and families.  There are usually two bedrooms upstairs both with balconies and a family bathroom with corner bath.  Downstairs you will find another bedroom usually with two single beds in it or this room is sometimes used as a dining room.  There is a separate Kitchen and large lounge and WC.  The property will have a patio to the front and back and store cupboard.  Located on a community you will find the communal pool not far away.
